Had a long day of classes and research today and originally was going to yog around but Leonel asked me if I was doing the workout and it looked pretty easy so I thought why not. Definitely happy to have company today. We dropped a stupid quick first mile which is where I decided we would do 15 instead of 20 since we were not doing it correctly. The on off sections were consistent, check out our consistent off sections
Checked the weather for Boston today and it looks scary, windy/rain. SSE wind at 21 mph, 70% chance of rain. I'm sure this will change but if everyone could cross their fingers and hope for little to no wind or a nice tailwind and no rain that would be gr8. The race goes from Hopkinton to Boston so if there's a tailwind it could be really great for most of the time...but if there's a headwind...
