I was happy to do this week's workout with squad. I had a very risky bagel with honey, a blondie, and strawberries at 4:30pm which caused a little cramping after the threshold miles but since this workout was so short it didn't matter. I felt good throughout the whole workout until the end when I was very cold. Shout out to Lauren for giving me her coat to wear and our huddle. Core after. SO HYPED FOR NATIONALS
