This workout felt a lot better than last time I did the threshold workout and I did it on grass. Foot also felt fine and I wore my asics again so that's a good sign. I should have started out slower and picked up the pace as I went along as you can see I got slower but still felt good about this one. Core and stretching after. I'm doing my long run tomorrow woo hoo
