Study break run - after about a mile felt a little pain in my left knee - so made this an even shorter run than originally planned. To be fair, I haven't been good about rolling/stretching lately and I had been sitting all day prior to this run. Stopped, stretched my IT bands, and finished up the run and didn't feel the same pain. If I learned anything from last year's NYC injury it's to not push too much and listen to your body. TBD on long running tomorrow. Rolled/stretched when I got home.
