Not a bad workout, ran with Julia and her friend behind/with Muneeb's group. I'm a big fan of this workout because it's a confidence booster and I think a lot of the girls enjoyed it. A bit worried about my hip because it feels more like someone kicked me in the hip (like a bruise) rather than a tightness. I iced and rolled. Hoping for the best. It doesn't bother me during runs/workouts but other parts of the day it feels kinda sore, tender, stiff
