Woke up this morning and almost cancelled the run but then I looked outside and noticed how nice it was and knew I would hate myself if I didn't get going. Ran with Leonel and did a fartlek around the neighbourhood, just wanted to feel controlled on these. Could definitely feel the 12 hour turnaround but overall felt pretty ok on this. A good start to getting some workouts in before GLR. Saw Mr. and Mrs. Frintner and Maggie on our cool down back to my house.
