Not quite what I wanted. Very early and humid. The first two miles felt good I had like 6:47 and 6:44 and then the next two or three miles in the middle I wasn't feeling so good anymore and were more like 6:55/7:00 pace. And the last mile was more like 7:10. Not so encouraging and hoping the other workout this week goes better. Waiting for my legs to not feel so clunky and tired. I'll roll more.
