Wow don't eat an orange 2 hours before a workout. I thought my stomach would be able to handle it but turned out not really, our times weren't bad for this and overall I feel pretty good about this workout. Even with that surprise 300. I don't really mind 300s. My legs were feeling tired after this. But my day has been totally made because my sister is coming to visit tomorrow-Friday. It's her spring break right now. I'm going to try to convince her to come easy run with me at practice on Thursday.
