Speedy workout today. I can't exactly work out with my usual group when the distance is shorter- the paces just aren't accurate to what I currently run for a 3k and what I think I'd run in a mile- but I was lucky to have Leonel to work with. Pretty solid workout in my opinion, the 600's felt a lot smoother than last time we had 600's in our Tuesday workout so that's a positive and even though we were hitting times a little faster than what my 3k pace is etc. we didn't quite die. Sara and I made a joint dinner of chicken, cheesy potatoes, zucchini and onions, and broccoli which i ate too late and so my stomach started to feel iffy as the workout went on. The hardest one was the 400 of the last set. Legs will definitely be tired tomorrow
