ran with Noel before practice and then ran with Alex and Vicky. Alex turned around with me when I did and we talked about hip pain. She's torn her labrum before. She was telling me this horror story about how it took a season away from her and took like 2 years to recover so I'm hoping what's going on with me doesn't turn into something scary like a tear or a fracture.
Got to lab and finished quickly. County Market does this evil thing where they take away the good Ben and Jerry's flavors after a certain time and yesterday (weekly ice cream day) we noticed some missing. So Sara and I bought 4 Ben and Jerry's. The flavor for me this week is Truffle Kerfuffle. It has vanilla ice cream, pecans, chocolate ganache, and fudge pieces. Very good
