Notes
Met up with Emma, Muneeb, Leonel, and Ryan at Busse for a long run. Someone drove a car through the path so we were super lucky to have tracks to run in. The sun was shining and the snow was sparkling, a really pretty quiet run. I dropped Emma and Leonel off and ran 4 more miles after doing a loop. I was struggling on my way out and was happy to run into Ryan. He helped me finish my run real quick (7:12 last mile). For our first loop (7.35 miles) we had 7:35 pace overall, the extra 4 was 7:31 pace.
