Ran with Leonel after it stopped raining. Very grateful for the company, this would have been a lot slower and shorter otherwise. Right hip was tight again and could feel it at points in the run, need to do some good foam rolling this week. First time on the Great Western Trail, we ran from Villa Park to Glen Ellyn and back
