Ran this earlier in the evening so I could make it to Sara's 21st birthday pregame/wine night. Warm up felt pretty good. The first 1k felt pretty smooth and I was surprised we slowed down a little on the second because that one felt much faster/a little harder. 600's were ok, I would be good for the first 400 and then fall off or get a little unfocused on the last lap. Overall not a bad workout, definitely ended up being more tiring especially for the last 2 600's.
