This workout was borderline garbage. My legs were trashed from a busy weekend and a longer long run. I did 1 threshold and planned on 3 race pace but finished the second and just couldn't do the third. The splits were like 6:40, 6:45, and 6:47. Oh well. Ran this with Emily and Jessie.
