2x7'@T, 1' rec, 10-14 200m hard, 50m walk 150m recovery jog
Solo workout today until my roomie Lauren asked to join me! She couldn't keep up with me for the 7 minute intervals but she pushed me for the 200's and jumped in and out whenever she felt tired as she doesn't do track workouts super often anymore. I was thrilled to have her though. I ran too fast on the first 7:00 minute interval and dropped too much for the second one but I was pretty happy with the consistency of the 200s :)
