12x 400 @ mile with 90 sec rest
Today felt pretty solid! My knee isn't bothering me anymore and I finally feel like i'm rid of my cold and can breathe normally again. That alone just makes me happy! :D I felt good throughout the whole workout so I guess maybe I could have gone a little faster. I probably should have worked on more of the getting faster with each 400 aspect. The only bad part about this workout was not being able to come up with a team name everyone was happy with haha jk. Also today we had a bigger group which helped make this workout great. I like 400's because it's just 2 quick laps but I could never be a sprinter. Overall what a wonderful way to kick off the week! I love 10pm practices especially today because we got to warm up and cool down in the fog.
