Biggest run in quite some time, felt pretty good, a little tired by the end but wasn't surprised about that. My mom biked with me on a new route she showed me that went from Elk Grove to Wood Dale and went around some reservoirs/kind of by Salt Creek. Will be sure to keep foam rolling/strength in case my knee decides to hate this 5 mile run later on.
