Decent workout today. Before the workout I carried the box of quarter zips to practice, it weighs 35 pounds and the armory is a 0.5 mile walk. This was a poor choice by me because I have weak little arms. I was very happy to have emma back running with me. A much less lonely workout. The effort for the 800s felt pretty solid and we're pretty close if not spot on 3k pace. I didn't know the 400s were supposed to be at mile pace but it'd be siiiick if I could run a 5:25/30 mile. I ran the 300 with Emily Foley and Erin, i ran it in 57 which is just a little slower than what I was hoping for. Overall decent workout and feeling pretty good going into club relays. The 3k and mile back to back combo will be exhausting though
