Notes
This was quite the efficient 3 hour break between research and class! I was very lucky to have Julia to run with today. We went everywhere! Julia met me at my lab and we went out and started running the Perfect Ten and went through statues and then combined that with Philo. We needed a little more mileage when we were getting back on campus so we boxed around first/the ARC. Felt pretty smooth for the first half/a little more than half. Really started feeling yesterday's workout in the last 3 miles of this run. Quads are sore and feeling a little tight overall but happy to get this out of the way for the week. Followed by a burrito from chipotle.
Will take it easy these next two days.
