I felt like I did a lot better warming up this time, left hip felt solid (ish) today. Happy I did a shake out earlier. Got leg swings in which was important. Worked super well with Emma, we traded off leading the 400s which made the workout a lot easier. I thought the amount of rest was perfect and I liked breaking up the workout into sets of 3 400s. 12 was definitely the right amount for us. For the most part we felt like we were cruising, maybe the last 2 or 3 started to hurt a little but a good hurt. Overall very pleased.
Favorite song we ran to was "Pyramids" by Frank Ocean

Looking forward to IWU, not sure how I'll run but time to make the rest of the week recovery/getting good sleep and eating well so I can feel good during the 3k. Also excited because we've got a bunch of distance girls going to IWU

Left knee is doing that thing again so looks like I'll be rolling my IT band later, it didn't feel irritated after the workout but did when I woke up this morning. Left hip is doing fine though (WOO)
