Met up with Muneeb and Reem around 6:30am. Muneeb's plan was to run 23 400's for his 23rd birthday at about 6:00 pace so hopped in for 10 of them before I had to head out for my work shift. Felt super smooth and appreciated Muneeb's pacing and enjoyed chatting with Reem during our minute breaks : )
