There's this two mile crushed limestone path pretty close to my house I like to run on. So I'm running along and all of a sudden I come up on this gaggle of geese. There were baby geese, angsty teenage geese, and mother geese. Then I remembered the horror story Megan Frintner told us about her encounter with geese while she was rollerblading. So i stood on the path for like a min waiting for them to move because I wasn't about to disrupt them and get attacked..NOT TODAY. so they weren't moving so I turned around and ran around the lakes the other way until I reached the same spot from the other way and guess what they were still there. So I turned around again and guess what I found on the other side of the lake...another gaggle. Beautiful day today though! Strides and core after. I can't convince my freshman roommate to do XC but I'm currently trying to recruit two of her friends.
