Ran mostly with Sean McCarty and chatted about school and the future. Always pleasant to run with him. But on another note at 20 years old my body is slowly starting to fall apart. Today my upper/center of the left side of my back and or shoulder started hurting. I don't think I slept weird on it or anything and I certainly don't strenuously lift anything heavy that's for sure. When I take a deep breath it kinda hurts. I've never had anything like this before. I did the basic shoulder stretches and when I got home after making dinner (pasta, lemon pepper chicken, with zucchini and squash) I used a hot compress to see if that would loosen my muscles if it's a muscle tightness thing. In general my shoulders are super poppy when I move them. If anyone has any advice it would be much appreciated, hoping it goes away so I can run a good workout tomorrow. Doing core did not help whatever pain is going on with my back so maybe I shouldn't have done core but ya know I'm all about having abs of steel. Walked home
