Ran a loop of Busse, my mom biked behind me. Beautiful day for a run! Having my mom behind me led to some quicker miles but still felt pretty decent throughout. Tried out a new pair of shoes today (Asics Gel Cumulus 19), so far no complaints
Hope the elk are doing well and enjoying their spring break.
