Did my long run today because tomorrow morning I'm going downtown to do the color run. Excellent long run! Straw wanted to see Busse and wanted to run with me and I warned him it was a long run but he said he can do it. We also went to six flags yesterday and walked around all day. Does he run regularly? Not really. But he was fine the whole time and even raced me down my street. I lost. He high fived everyone we saw in Busse. He gets 10 gold stars from me and a whole other level of impressiveness for pulling this off. It's also his birthday. So I baked him cookies. And we made ice cream sundaes after the run. Fun fact it rained for 8.4/10 miles.
