Met up with my high school XC coach Heintz at 5:30 this morning to catch up. The run flew by as we chatted about what's been going on with us. Really good to see him, he also gave me a neon running vest since he had a bunch from a friend he has at the Naperville Running Company store. Humid out there this morning, happy to be done
