Gorgeous workout weather, flew home from Kansas City this morning so waited until about 6:30pm to do this. Was super dreading a solo workout so decided breaking up the tempo would make this a little easier mentally rather than 25 min tempo. Happy I did. Just focused on each 2 mile interval and tried to keep it pretty consistent. Locked into about 6:15/20 pace which felt like I was definitely pushing but not impossible to maintain. Took a two minute break in between to shake out my legs, do a few leg swings and jog a bit. Hips were tight today. Almost didn't workout today, that's how badly I was dreading this, but really happy I did anyway
