Jogged over to the gym for a mini marathon paced workout, ran 1.7 miles easy, then ran 2 miles at marathon pace (one 6:59 mile, one 6:49 mile at 0.5% and then 1% incline- ya know gotta account for the new york hills), then 0.6 at 1.5% at 7:15 pace and then hopped off the treadmill and ran the last 0.75 at ~6:00 pace. Then strolled home with Straw.
