Haven't done Philos in a while so it was a nice change of scenery. Ran with Riley today, we talked about her mile race coming up this weekend (she's going to kill it-put your money on her now). I've been a little bit sick these last two days but running in the fresh air always seems to clear it up. Strides and core after. Hoping for a decent workout tomorrow
