By Julia's recommendation Leah and I biked the Rocky Mountains today. (CRCE has these cool bikes that make workouts where you are biking through somewhere scenic and the screen has a video going with fun facts about where you are biking). But I mainly complained to Leah the whole time. Best part of my day by far. Hip felt pretty good today, but I don't wanna jinx it or anything. Hoping to run tomorrow.
