Met up with Muneeb! Beautiful day for a run. Was feeling pretty good until about 30 min in and then my left knee was feeling achy. Not a good sign :/ I have a feeling this flare up is related to all the sitting and studying I've been doing lately and lack of stretching and rolling. Might keep my runs to 30-35 min for now and add back my strength work and see if that helps.
When I got home I did 20 x hip hikes, 20 x leg raises, 20 x bridges. Will be better about foam rolling.
