Notes
Ran this with Tim and Edwin, unfortunately I was a twit (@Riley) and I forgot to charge my watch today so it died after the second 1 min on/off so I don't have too much info about this workout and it was very by feel. But that's ok sometimes it's good to do it by feel, plus this was more of a let's feel good during this maintenance workout. Tempo section felt ok we probably started off a little too slow and gradually picked it up. It was nice to have Edwin there because he pushed us a little bit. The second minute on/off section felt a little harder. Hip felt achey probably will take tomorrow off. Straw is here to visit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The splits I do have:
On: 1:02/ 0.19 miles
Off: 1:00/ 0,14 miles
On: 1:00/ 0.18 miles
Off: 1:01/ 0.14 miles
