Meh. I knew one of these workouts wasn't gonna feel good. Pacing wasn't as consistent as it has been for some of the workouts this summer and we had that random bad 3rd one and tempo paced 5th one. I didn't feel great on the warm up and I was hoping it would turn into one of those magical workouts where the warm up sucks but the workout is great but that didn't really happen. Leonel did more and I stopped at 5, my legs were just feeling so heavy and I wasn't feeling very into this. Probably should have at least done 6. We ran this on Fenton's cross country course after work
Good news today. my lab director Leora said she would write me a letter of rec for grad school
