Gym first then ran with Straw :)
Band work
10 min core + back
2x 10x 10/15 lb bicep curls
2x 10x half up/half down bicep curls
3x3 pull ups assisted by Straw
Knee felt a little tight towards the last mile of this run but no overt pain. Was pretty fatigued from working out at the gym first but loosened up nicely.
