F O G G Y.
This was a real roller coaster. Felt like ass from miles 3-7 pretty much. After that I guess I just felt better for no good reason. Gross pockets of humidity and heat that lasted anywhere from 10 steps to a quarter of a mile on the way back. Really strange. Saw Rosy by the goal of the closer soccer field today. She really gets around.
Knee felt better than yesterday. No pain (as of now) after either which is just great
