Notes
Very pleasant weather out there today. High 50's sunny, and a light breeze. Ran out towards signal hill and caught the trail at the usual turn point for the biltmore loop. It was mostly crushed L with a little pavement out to a little park with gorgeous views of the fox river and all the rolling hills and woods around the bank. Legs felt pretty okay. Right calf still tight. Right hammie still seems a bit tight. Died on the hills a bit on the way back, but still was in control the whole run.
