COMMENTS: Not a bad long run, path was real snowy. Ran the first 3 with group and first 8 with Ken. First 8 painfully slow. Next 8 was around 9:10ish pace--ran the last 1.5 with Laura Kremser or would have come in under 9 the last 8.
