20 minute out and back. Started out at a moderate pace, then seemed to speed up a little. Threw in a few striders at the end. Kept it short because I have a race tomorrow (unless hurricane remnants spoil it). Knee slightly twitchy at the end; need to be careful. Felt strong overall.
