50 minute run. Longest run to date. No walking at all. Felt really good aerobically for most of run, like I was breathing and had just the right rhythm. No gasping, no overbreathing. Only toward end did I get a little winded. However, I had shin pain from the outset. It wasn't so bad that I couldn't continue, but I will need to watch it. Slight knee twinge too. Basically, I felt the pavement the whole way. Will need to work on stretch/strengthen. Felt a little wobbly on the walk home. It was warmer out than I realized (significantly) so I probably should have gone slower. Plus I still went 5 seconds faster than the fastest part of my easy range. Nevertheless, a very strong, confidence-inducing run.
