40:1:20. Felt winded from the start. Felt like it would be really hard to do but kept breaking it up into 10 minute increments. Felt good toward the end. A little surprised to see my time was in the 13s in that I ran this whole time, whereas last time I stopped for a while and walked for a while and got 13 as well. But the slow running allowed me to run the whole way, and that is what's important. Nevertheless, I did it! An hour run. A good accomplishment.
