Four-mile route. Tried to hold myself back and keep my pace in the McMillan 11:44-12:14 range. So I watched my leg movement and concentrated on a pace that felt a little slower than normal. Also, my breathing was light and easy. When it would get more labored, I would slow down. Felt strong overall. A little sore from yesterday run and charity walk. A little wobbly at end. But strong overall and just barely outside my McMillan pace.
