Again with the shin cramps. This is getting so frustrating. I stopped to walk for about 2-3 minutes or so because it was way too tight. Left the chron running so my actual pace was significantly faster than this, likely at normal pace. Also stopped to stretch; stopped watch for that portion. The left shin itself is tight which leads to the pavement slapping; however, it feels like the left hamstring is tight, as well as a muscle along side and sort of in my butt. Need to figure this out. Annoying. I was going to do a 4 mile run today but that just seemed unwise under the circumstances. Dammit.
