Breathing felt labored from almost the beginning. Allergies have been bothering me but haven't been consistent about being on meds. Tried to run slow to be in pace but went a little too fast. Actual pace was likely 11:25 because I was stopped at several very long traffic lights and lost some time. Overall, okay, but I need to be better about taking my meds and also work on the pacing. I am doing the "easy" runs too hard still.
