Notes: This is a challenging workout. Mile 1 to 5 are paved. Mile 5 to 12.5 is very hilly trail and the rest is paved again with a killer downhill. Scenery is AMAZING. Going from running along a busy 91 freeway past a Golf club. Next being alone along the wilderness of Chino Hills State Park. At mile 12.5, with one step, you'll find yourself from the wilderness to the biggest houses in Linda Yorba. Those houses are amazing.
