Notes
I'm slightly sick. Ran 10 miles yesterday and it was cold. Caught a cough and a runny nose. Today went running with a long sleeve and a sweater to get the sweat going. Hoping that sweating will get the virus out of my system.
However, in 50 F it's hard to sweat. Walked uphills and ran the downhills which always makes me sweat more. I didn't sweat much but a bit and I hope it will do something. I do feel better as of right now but we'll see how it goes when the night progresses.
