Huge amount of runners! 16'000! Took me over 10 minutes from the time the start to reaching the start area. They showed a huge firework at the start and the Blue Man Group performed too. AMAZING!
Race was good. Up the strip but almost no people on the streets. My first marathon I ran without walking. Missed a PR by only 9 seconds; if I had known I would go faster.
Had trouble finding Linda after the race. But eventually I did.
