Finally had the chance to go out and do some running. It's Father's Day so I had a big lunch with creamy desert plus a beer. I definitely could feel all that food when I went running right after the meal.

It was also hot, 90+, but windy so not that bad. But the run wasn't good. No energy. Walking all the uphills. Need to get in shape for TRT100.
