Notes
Felt OK starting this run. Wasn't too motivated to get out. Also I just ate fish and french fries which lay heavy in my stomach. And just before going out I grabbed a hand-full of nuts which didn't feel well during my run.
Start was good. Felt tired at mile 2.5 but pressed on. Felt better at mile 3.5 to 5. Ran a 9:10 pace which is awesome.
