This was a long workout. Just suddenly on Sunday evening I felt going running and chosed a 19 miles course. Along the way I suddenly got hungry and I remembered that I haven't really eaten anything real the whole day. So I made a pit stop at McDonalds and eat 2 cheeseburgers. They helped a lot. After 15 miles my legs hurt a lot but I kept going. Once at home I couldn't get into the building because our home phone was busy and nobody openend the door. So I was stuck for about 10 to 15 minutes.
