Notes
I treated this run as a race, all week I thought about the run. I prepared for the run just as If it was the Marathon, dinner, breakfast, start time, I told my self this was a very important run to put pressure on my self. The first few miles my legs felt dead, but at about mile 5 I found a Rhythm. At about mile 13 I was starting to feel the run and the week of running, I was at about mile 18 on the Marathon and focused on how I wanted to run on race day I dropped the pace to the 5:40s and really never looked back. Mile 15 some crazy lady cut me off and I had to come to a complete sudden stop not to run into her and it took about a half mile till I felt good again. Great finish, Great weather, Great day! I’m very happy with my run, and I think the positive experience on the course will help come race day.
